East African Portland Cement plans to raise Sh45 billion via land sale and rights issue
East African Portland Cement Company (EAPCC) is in discussions with the Kenyan government to sell some of its 14,000 acres of idle land and launch a rights issue to raise up to Sh45 billion. The funds will be used to repay debt and invest in new plants and upgrade its existing factory.
