Barloworld and BayWa form BHBW Holdings JV in Southern Africa
Barloworld Handling and BayWa are forming a joint venture, BHBW Holdings, to distribute Hyster and Utilev forklifts and agricultural equipment in Southern Africa. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of Q1 2017, pending Competition Commission approval.
