Source Financial, Inc. and CSES Group, Inc. executed an Agreement and Plan of Merger whereby CSES will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Source Financial. CSES has raised over $4.5 million to increase manufacturing capacity of its alltemp refrigerant at its Oregon plant.
