MV Line Group

MV Line Group, through its subsidiary MV Extrusion S.p.A., acquired a controlling stake in ETA S.p.A., an Italian aluminum profile extrusion company based in Pozzilli. The acquisition aims to expand MV Line's product range and market presence in aluminum processing.

MV Line Group, based in Acquaviva delle Fonti, Italy, has acquired a majority stake in BBC of Bernalda, Italy, a company involved in aluminum extrusion, shading systems and window frame systems.
