Motherson Sumi Systems Ltd, through its subsidiary Motherson Rolling Stock Systems GB Ltd, signed a definitive agreement to acquire Bombardier Transportation's electrical components and systems business in Derby, UK, for approximately £10.87 million. The deal includes assets, employees, and inventories, and is expected to close between April and June 2019.

Motherson Sumi Systems Ltd (MSSL) acquired Finnish auto component maker PKC Group Plc for €571 million, becoming its controlling shareholder.

Enics AG acquired 100% of shares in PKC Electronics, which has factories in Raahe, Finland and Suzhou, China. The acquisition was announced on January 27, 2017.

India-based Motherson Sumi Systems Ltd has agreed to buy Finnish truck wire maker PKC Group for €571 million ($609 million), creating a leading supplier of wiring systems for the transportation industry.
