Nammo

Nammo has completed the acquisition of Chemring's Florida-based business for $17 million. The acquired business produces ordnance, pyrotechnic products, and munition components for the U.S. Department of Defense.

Moog, Inc. has divested its European In-Space Propulsion businesses, with three facilities in the UK and Ireland, to Nammo AS. Terms were not disclosed.

Nammo Energetics Indian Head, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nammo Inc., has signed a 30-year Public Private Partnership Agreement with the US Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head to jointly manufacture rocket motors, warheads and provide demilitarization services. Nammo will make a significant capital investment in facilities and equipment.
