SK D&D won a 115.3 billion KRW construction contract for a 19.8 MW fuel cell power plant in Cheongju, South Korea, as part of a consortium with SK Ecoplant.

SK D&D (210980) announced it has signed a KRW 145.2 billion construction contract with Gunpo Complex Development PFV Co., Ltd. for the new construction of the (tentatively named) Gunpo Station Complex Development Project in Gunpo, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea.

SK D&D and Bloom Energy signed a supply agreement on February 6, 2019, for Bloom Energy's 'Energy Server' solid oxide fuel cell systems. SK D&D will directly receive the main equipment to accelerate its fuel cell power generation business in South Korea.

SK D&D has signed a main equipment supply contract with Bloom Energy to accelerate entry into the domestic fuel cell power generation market. SK D&D will receive Bloom Energy's 'Energy Server' fuel cells directly for power generation projects in South Korea.

SK D&D and Sampyo Cement have signed a contract for a 100MWh energy storage system at Sampyo Cement's plant in Samcheok, South Korea. The system is expected to save 70 billion won in electricity costs over 15 years.

Taeyoung Engineering & Construction signed a 99.5 billion won contract with SK D&D for the supply of materials and construction of a residential complex in Suyu-dong, Seoul. The contract was announced on December 4, 2018.

Dongkuk S&C has signed a KRW 34.96 billion contract with SK D&D for the construction of the Uljin Hyeonjongsan wind farm in Gyeongsangbuk-do, South Korea. The contract runs from January 18, 2017 to March 17, 2019.
