Wistron to acquire Kaohsiung OptoElectronics for JPY 8 billion
Wistron announced it will acquire 100% of Kaohsiung OptoElectronics Inc. (KOE), a JDI Taiwan subsidiary, for JPY 8.0 billion. The deal is expected to close by the end of Q3 2021.
