Apogee Enterprises

Apogee Enterprises entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Kalwall Companies from the Keller family for up to $115 million on a cash-free, debt-free basis. The transaction is expected to close in Apogee's fiscal 2027 second quarter.

Apogee Enterprises entered a definitive agreement to acquire UW Solutions from Heartwood Partners for $240 million in cash. UW Solutions is a manufacturer of high-performance coated substrates for building products and graphic arts markets.

Apogee Enterprises, Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire SIA GroGlass, a Latvian provider of high-performance glass surface solutions, for up to EUR 62.5 million (approximately USD 72.5 million). The transaction is expected to close in fiscal 2027 third quarter.

Apogee Enterprises, Inc. agreed to acquire 100% of the stock of EFCO Corporation from Pella Corporation for approximately $195 million. EFCO is a manufacturer of architectural aluminum window, curtainwall, storefront and entrance systems.

Apogee Enterprises completed the acquisition of Sotawall Inc., a designer and fabricator of curtainwall systems, for approximately CAD 180 million. The acquisition was announced on January 16, 2017.
