Südpack is acquiring flexible packaging converter Seville Flexpack in Oak Creek near Milwaukee, its first overseas production site, with the site becoming part of the group on October 1, 2018 and all employees retained.
German packaging firm Südpack has acquired Oak Creek-based Seville Flexpack for an undisclosed price, gaining two facilities totaling 156,000 square feet. All 40 employees will remain.
