Emerson completes $3.15B purchase of Pentair's Valves & Controls business
Emerson completed its acquisition of the Valves & Controls business from Pentair plc for $3.15 billion; the Swiss-headquartered unit in Schaffhausen has about 7,500 employees and will join Emerson Automation Solutions.
