SUEZ North America

Suez North America won more than $223 million in services contracts, including a $164 million deal to operate the wastewater treatment plant in Lynn, Massachusetts, a $40 million deal in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, an $18 million extension in Poughkeepsie, New York, and a five-year agreement in Ellisville, Mississippi.

SUEZ North America has been selected by the Lynn, Massachusetts Water and Sewer Commission to operate, manage and maintain Lynn's wastewater treatment plant and 13 pump stations. The contract is worth $164 million over 20 years, beginning July 1, 2021.

Empire, a private investment firm, completed the acquisition of AmeriWater, a provider of water treatment solutions for dialysis, healthcare and industrial applications, from SUEZ North America on December 30, 2016. Financial terms were not disclosed.
