Komatsu America Corp.

Komatsu America Corp. announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire TimberPro, Inc., a Wisconsin-based manufacturer of purpose-built forest machines and attachments. The acquisition is expected to close on April 1, 2019.

BOMAG Americas, Inc. and Komatsu America Corp. announced a distribution arrangement for Komatsu's six company-owned dealerships to sell and support BOMAG compaction, milling, paving and reclaiming/stabilizing equipment, starting in January 2019.

Komatsu America Corp., through its subsidiary F and M Equipment, agreed to purchase the assets of PBE Group, which includes Pine Bush Equipment and East PBE. The deal is expected to close on April 1, 2018.

Komatsu America Corp. purchased four branches of Road Machinery, LLC in El Paso, Texas; Carlsbad, N.M.; Albuquerque, N.M.; and Farmington, N.M. The deal closed on October 5, 2016, and the branches will operate under the Komatsu Southwest banner.
