Polinas acquires Turkish flexible packaging converter Propak from Yildiz Holding
Polinas, a Yildiz Holding film manufacturer, acquired Propak, a Turkish converter of flexible packaging for snacks, confectionery and nuts, with MP Corporate Finance advising the sellers. The deal's value was not disclosed.
