Afton Chemical

Italmatch acquired the metalworking fluids business from Afton Chemical.

Italmatch Chemicals entered into an agreement to acquire Afton Chemical Corp.'s metalworking fluid business, including sites in the US, UK, India and China. The transaction is expected to close by end of May 2018.

Afton Chemical Corporation entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Aditivos Mexicanos, S.A. de C.V. (AMSA), a petroleum additives manufacturer, for approximately $182.5 million.
