AIV and Gulf Coast Modification opened a 320,000-square-foot warehouse, manufacturing and office headquarters at 22806 Northwest Lake Drive in Houston, consolidating three previous properties.

Houston-based AIV LP, a global wholesale valve and actuator distributor, has acquired Pittsburgh-based Zenith Supply, a master distributor of Velan valves that holds about $25 million in inventory. Zenith will keep operating under its own name and facilities.

Houston-based valve and actuator distributor AIV, together with Gulf Coast Modification, plans a new 320,000-square-foot facility in northwest Houston, scheduled for completion by late 2018, with room to expand to 700,000 square feet. KDW is the design-build contractor.
