KMW Ltd, a manufacturer of loaders and backhoes, is constructing new facilities on a 150-acre site in Sterling, Kansas, adding over 430,000 square feet. The expansion will increase employment to approximately 450 people.

KMW, a precision manufacturer of agricultural attachments, will invest $105 million to construct a new North American headquarters and production facility in Sterling, Kansas, creating 251 new jobs.

MTL Advanced was awarded a multi-year, multi-million-pound contract by WFEL and KMW to supply armoured steel for the UK MoD Boxer Armoured Vehicle Programme. MTL invested over £2 million in new equipment and created 30 new jobs.

Horstman, a Bath-based manufacturing company owned by RENK, has been subcontracted by WFEL to make 250 angular gearboxes and control units for the British Army's Boxer armoured vehicles. The £12 million deal will create or sustain up to 20 skilled roles.

KMW Co Ltd has signed a 6 billion won contract with Samsung Electronics Co Ltd to provide RRH (Remote Radio Head). The contract period is from December 16, 2016 to February 6, 2017.
