IGM Resins acquired ADD Additives B.V., a developer of additives for coatings and inks, on March 31, 2020, to expand its additives business.

IGM has acquired ADD Additives B.V., a privately owned company developing additives for the coating and ink markets, on March 31, 2020. The business will become part of IGM's Additives division.
