Austria's Prinzhorn Group plans to invest about €52 million in a new packaging factory in Dunavarsány, near Budapest, largely supplied with recycled cardboard from its subsidiary Hamburger Containerboard. The plant is planned to open in summer 2021 with about 200 workers and capacity of around 240 million sq m per year.
Prinzhorn Holding unit Hamburger Containerboard plans a 300 million euro paper factory on about 500,000 square metres in Kütahya 2nd Organized Industrial Zone, with 500 jobs and production expected in 2020.
