Fras-le, a Randon company, received CADE approval to acquire an 80.1% stake in Federal-Mogul's brake pad factory in Sorocaba, Brazil, forming a joint venture named Jurid do Brasil Sistemas Automotivos Ltda. The deal value was not disclosed.
