U.S. Steel Canada

Bedrock Industries signed a purchase agreement to acquire U.S. Steel Canada, restoring the Stelco name. The deal includes tens of millions of dollars, pension protections, and environmental remediation, securing 2,100 jobs at Hamilton and Lake Erie facilities.
