MSD Partners to acquire Ring Container Technologies, plastic container maker
MSD Partners LP agreed to acquire Ring Container Technologies, a blow molder of HDPE and PET plastic bottles based in Oakland, Tennessee. No financial terms were disclosed, and ownership transfer is expected in Q4 2017.
