Air T, Inc.

Air T, Inc., through its subsidiary Crestone Air Partners, entered into a Share Purchase Agreement on March 8, 2026, to acquire all outstanding shares of Arena Aviation Partners B.V. for over $35 million.

Global Aviation Services, a subsidiary of Air T, Inc., was awarded a five-year contract by Delta Air Lines for ground support equipment maintenance at 28 locations, with anticipated annualized revenue of approximately $8.1 million.
