SK Innovation's subsidiary SK综合化学 will acquire Arkema's functional polyolefins business, including three production facilities in France and four product lines, for EUR 335 million. The acquisition is expected to close by Q2 2020.

SK건설 (SK Construction) has been awarded two apartment construction contracts in Incheon worth a total of 640 billion won. The projects are the 'Incheon Ruwon City Mixed-Use Blocks 5&6' and 'Incheon Yeongjong A8 Block' apartment projects.

SK디앤디 (SK D&D) signed a 160.14 billion won contract with Uljin Wind Power Co. to build the Uljin Hyeonjongsan wind farm.
