Bunge to acquire 70% stake in IOI Loders Croklaan for $946 million
Bunge agreed to acquire a 70% ownership interest in IOI Loders Croklaan, a B2B oils solutions provider, for a deal value of $946 million, including EUR 297 million and $595 million in cash, with about $15 million in year-one cost synergies.
