TOMRA Systems ASA

San Sac Group acquired Orca Group, a French manufacturer of horizontal balers, vertical balers and compactors under the brands Sacria, Galicier and Pressor. Orca Group has over 175 employees.

TOMRA signed an agreement to acquire 100 percent of BBC Technologies, a New Zealand-based provider of precision grading systems and filling solutions for blueberries and other small fruits, along with the Freshtracker traceability platform.

TOMRA Systems ASA signed an agreement to acquire Compac Holding Ltd, a New Zealand-based provider of postharvest solutions. Closing is expected in Q1 2017, subject to regulatory approval.
