Sulzer to acquire control of Rotec's gas turbine service business
Sulzer signed an agreement on Nov. 30, 2016 to acquire control of Rotec's gas turbine maintenance business (Rotec GT), headquartered in Moscow, with a refurbishment center in Ekaterinburg. The combined entity will have revenues of about $40 million.
