Ross Controls acquires industrial division of Automatic Valve Corp.
Ross Controls announced the acquisition of the industrial division of Automatic Valve Corp., a pneumatic valve maker in Novi, Michigan. The purchase price was not disclosed and Automatic Valve's nuclear division was excluded.
