SePRO Corporation, a leader in water and land restoration, acquired Earth Science Laboratories (ESL), a provider of advanced water treatment technologies. The deal expands SePRO's portfolio for drinking water, conveyance, and invasive species management.

Earth Science Laboratories is expanding production at its Nebraska plant to meet demand for pool chemicals and water treatment products. The expansion includes improved production technology and quality control processes.
