Andhra Pradesh Power Generation Corporation

LS Cable & System won a $40 million contract with Andhra Pradesh Power Generation Corp. to supply extra-high voltage cables in eastern India. It is the largest project ever won by its Indian subsidiary.

BHEL commissioned a 600MW coal-based unit at the Rayalaseema thermal power project in Andhra Pradesh, India, under a Rs14.45bn ($319.97m) contract from APGENCO. The unit increases the plant's capacity to 1,650MW.

NBPPL signed an MoU with Andhra Pradesh Power Generation Corporation (APGENCO) to supply spare parts for coal and ash-handling plants and other equipment for APGENCO's thermal power plants.
