Chengdu Aerospace Superalloy Technology

Shaanxi Ligeance Mineral Resources, along with its subsidiary Chengdu Aerospace Superalloy Technology, has announced the acquisition of aerospace parts manufacturer Gardner Aerospace for £326 million in cash. The deal is subject to regulatory approvals.
