Riverside Partners

Fortive Corporation acquired Censis Technologies, Inc. from Riverside Partners, LLC on October 31, 2019. The acquisition was part of a larger $1.2 billion purchase of four businesses.

SFS Group, a Swiss provider of precision-formed components and mechanical fastening systems, is to acquire Tegra Medical, a medical device contract manufacturer. Tegra will continue operations under its own brand in Massachusetts with existing senior management.
