Aarsleff acquires 51% of Olimb Group's Norwegian pipe renewal business
Per Aarsleff Holding agreed to acquire 51% of Olimb Group's trenchless pipe renewal activities in Norway, with a fixed price of DKK 103 million for 100% and an option on the remaining shares by 2022.
