The United Kingdom placed its first order for Lockheed Martin AGM-179 Joint Air-to-Ground Missiles through US Foreign Military Sales. The contract valued at $201.75 million was announced on 11 March 2021, with work to be completed by 31 December 2023.

Don & Low Limited was awarded a £990,000 contract by the UK Department of Health and Social Care to supply non-woven fabric for face mask manufacture, to meet urgent PPE demand during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Tel-Instrument Electronics Corp received a $1.87 million order for T-47/M5 Mode 5 test sets for the United Kingdom, to be sold through distributor Muirhead Avionics to Leonardo MW Ltd for the UK Ministry of Defence. Delivery is expected in fiscal year 2021 starting April 1, 2020.

The United Kingdom Ministry of Defence awarded L-3 Communication Systems-West a $23.2 million contract for Tactical Network ROVER transceivers and ROVER 6i transceivers for the JCRVT program.
