Huawei

TSMC is accelerating production of Huawei orders worth over CNY 4.9 billion, including 5nm and 12nm chips, to ship before a US-imposed deadline in mid-September 2020.

Huawei placed a $700 million order with TSMC to manufacture 5nm and 7nm chips. The order is for Huawei's next-generation Kirin 1020 chip and 5G baseband chips.

BayWa r.e. has signed a Global Procurement Framework Contract with Huawei for the supply of an initial target volume of 400 MW of Huawei's string inverters for solar projects.

CERN awarded T-Systems a frame contract for a joint Pre-Commercial Procurement to design, prototype and pilot the Helix Nebula Science Cloud, with T-Systems supported by Huawei, for a €5.3 million project serving 10 public research organizations.
