Bartley Pump

PumpMan Holdings, a platform of Soundcore Capital Partners, acquired pump service provider W.C. Weil Company of Allison Park, Pennsylvania, with the deal closing on August 25, 2017.

PumpMan Holdings has completed the acquisition of Healdsburg, California-based Groundwater Pump & Well, which provides irrigation, fire protection and water solutions. Groundwater will be integrated into PumpMan's Bartley Pump in Santa Rosa.

PumpMan Holdings LLC, a Soundcore Capital Partners portfolio company, completed the acquisition of Bartley Pump of Santa Rosa, California. The deal adds agricultural pump service and repair to PumpMan's offering.
