Lödige Industries, a German material handling systems provider, has acquired MecFab Enterprises, an Australian airport plant manufacturing and maintenance company with branches in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

Lödige Industries acquired MecFab Enterprises, an Australian company providing mechanical and electrical services to airports, expanding its local service offering in air freight and express handling systems.
