FAR Chemical

FAR Chemical, a specialty chemicals manufacturer, will expand its Palm Bay, Florida facility, adding specialized equipment and increasing the workforce by over 50% over the next twelve months. The expansion follows a 40% capacity increase in late 2018.

CPS Performance Materials acquired FAR Chemical from Edgewater Capital Partners.

FAR Chemical, a portfolio company of Edgewater Capital Partners, has completed the acquisition of the acetylacetonates product line and related assets of MacKenzie Chemical. Financial terms were not disclosed.
