China Foods to sell Coca-Cola bottling stakes and buy beverage businesses
China Foods announced plans to sell its interests in 10 Coca-Cola bottling companies via public auction and a non-public sale to Swire, and to acquire beverage businesses in Chongqing, Sichuan, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Shanxi and Liaoning from Swire and Coca-Cola for a total of 3.874 billion yuan.
