Effective May 1, 2018, GMZ and Ribelin, part of the Azelis CASE market segment, expanded their relationship with BASF Industrial Solutions to offer the complete portfolio of BASF Industrial Solutions lines across all regions of the U.S.

BASF has expanded its distribution relationship with Azelis Americas through an exclusive agreement with GMZ Inc., covering BASF's dispersions, resins and additives portfolio for the CASE market in the Midwest, Ohio Valley, and Northeast US.

Azelis Americas merged its GMZ and EW Kaufmann regional businesses for the coatings, adhesives, sealants and elastomers (CASE) segment into one organization under the GMZ name.
