HQ Equita signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in the Steindl Group, which includes packaging machine manufacturers FAWEMA and HDG. The companies will operate as The Packaging Group.

Kozlu Gida (MISUN) has awarded FAWEMA a contract to supply an automatic flour packing line for retail-size flour at its mill in Amasya, Turkey.
