Itaconix PLC delivered the first order of ZINADOR 35L, an odour control polymer, to Croda International Plc under an expanded global supply agreement.

Itaconix has expanded its global supply agreement with Croda International, adding ZINDOR 35L, a concentrated odour neutraliser, to the existing product line. Itaconix will receive a $60,000 milestone payment.

Itaconix received its first purchase order from Nouryon for a personal care polymer, following an exclusive supply agreement signed in February 2019. The order is for Itaconix's RevCare NE100S polymer, which will be rebranded as Nouryon's Amaze SP.

Nouryon signed a supply agreement with Itaconix for bio-based polymers for the detergents market. Itaconix will produce and supply polymers with chelating properties that Nouryon will market to customers in household, institutional, and industrial detergent and cleaner applications.

AkzoNobel Aerospace Coatings announced a partnership with HiscoMex to distribute its aerospace coatings products in Mexico, expanding its distribution network.

AkzoNobel's Specialty Chemicals business finalized the first application agreement for bio-based polymers from its collaboration with Itaconix. The agreement involves AkzoNobel's Performance Additives unit developing applications for Itaconix polymers in coatings and construction industries.

Revolymer's US subsidiary Itaconix signed a joint development agreement with AkzoNobel to advance commercial collaborations for its itaconic acid polymer technology platform. The agreement establishes a framework to jointly develop and commercialise new polymers using Itaconix's patented technology.

British chemical company Revolymer PLC acquired Itaconix Corporation for $7 million. Itaconix produces bio-based polymer products for home, personal care, and industrial markets.
