Polypipe

Polypipe, a European manufacturer of piping systems, acquired ADEY, a water treatment and magnetic filtration company, for £210 million. ADEY will continue to be led by its existing management team.

Polypipe Group plc acquired Nu-Heat (Holdings) Limited, a supplier of underfloor heating and renewable heating systems, for a total consideration of £27 million on a cash-free, debt-free basis.

LDC exited its investment in ADEY to Polypipe Group plc in a £210m transaction. ADEY is a UK market leader in solutions for water-based heating systems.

Impact supplied Polypipe with a fleet of 17 Cat diesel forklift trucks, one power pallet truck, and an industrial sweeper for its Doncaster headquarters. The trucks are part of a 60-strong materials handling fleet.
