Euromeccanica

Mevis S.p.A. acquired 100% of the share capital of Euromeccanica S.r.l., with financing from Banco BPM. Both companies are based in Vicenza, Italy, and operate in the production of metal components and sheet metal stamping.

Mevis SpA acquired 100% of the activities of the Euromeccanica Group's Metalforming Division, creating a combined group with over EUR 140 million in revenue and nearly 800 employees.

Euromeccanica srl will inaugurate a new plant in Rosà, Italy in early 2019, adding to its five existing facilities and bringing total covered area to 60,000 square meters.
