Bird Construction Inc. was awarded a three-year contract with a two-year extension option for mechanical and electrical maintenance services for the North West Redwater Partnership, valued up to $75 million.

Emerson completed a $73 million contract for automation systems and cloud engineering services for North West Redwater Partnership's Sturgeon Refinery in Alberta, Canada. The refinery began producing diesel from synthetic crude oil in late 2017.

North West Redwater Partnership has awarded a contract to GE Water & Process Technologies to provide wastewater treatment and recycling technologies for the greenfield bitumen refinery under construction in Sturgeon County, Alberta. The contract value was not disclosed.
