RōBEX, a portfolio company of Angeles Equity Partners, acquired Acieta, a full-service manufacturing automation solutions provider, from Mitsui & Co. (U.S.A.).

An affiliate of Angeles Equity Partners has acquired Acieta LLC, an industrial robotics manufacturer and integrator, from Mitsui & Co. (U.S.A.), Inc. Acieta is headquartered in Waukesha, Wisconsin.

Robotic systems integrator Acieta LLC moved to a new 25,000-square-foot headquarters in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, after investing $1 million in renovation and buildout. The manufacturing shop expanded from 6,000 to 16,000 square feet.
