Mexichem to buy 80% of Israel's Netafim for $1.5 billion
Mexichem agreed to buy 80% of drip irrigation maker Netafim for $1.5 billion, valuing the company at $1.9 billion, with Permira selling its 61.3% stake and Kibbutz Hatzerim and Kibbutz Magal also selling shares.
