Olsa SpA

Magna International has signed a deal to acquire OLSA S.p.A., a lighting supplier to automakers, for approximately €230 million on a cash- and debt-free basis, expected to close before end of 2018.

Tecnomeccanica SpA, a foundry specializing in aluminum die-cast components, has acquired Mea Srl from the Olsa Group. Mea designs and builds molds and stamps metal parts for automotive and electronics.
