Aptean, a provider of enterprise software, has acquired OPTIWARE, a provider of OEE and EAM solutions, to extend its manufacturing ERP capabilities in Europe.

Danish API Maintenance Systems A/S acquired Swedish Axxos Industrisystem AB one and a half years prior, and the combined company now rebrands as OPTIWARE, offering API PRO and AXXOS OEE software lines.
