Load King

Load King LLC announced the acquisition of Terex Corporation's boom truck, truck crane and crossover product lines. The acquisition expands Load King's manufacturing portfolio.

Custom Truck One Source announced it will expand its operations in Sedalia, Missouri, dedicating its existing facility and an additional 28,000 square feet in Thomas Meadows Industrial Park to its OEM subsidiary Load King. The expansion will add capacity to upfit up to 1,000 additional vocational trucks per year and create 25 to 35 new jobs.
